  • What's your cancellation & no-show policy?

    Cancellations must be confirmed 1 business day or more prior to the scheduled visit. Any cancellation within one business day will require a copay. Patients not arriving for a scheduled appointment will incur a copay. More than 3 non-arrivals for appointments will result in administrative practice participation review.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes. Insurances accepted include Medicare, Medi-Cal, Aetna, Cigna, United, and many more. See here to check our complete list.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    No. To make an appointment, please contact us.

  • Is there someone I can speak to for emergencies when the office is closed?

    Any life-threatening emergency or concern should be managed by calling 911 or proceeding to the nearest hospital immediately. Call 858-304-0117 for non-life threatening emergencies.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Currently, checks and cash are accepted. We are sorry that credit cards are not currently part of our practice payment plan; this option is coming soon. 

  • How do I make an appointment?
